The Consultation and On-Site Estimate
A successful property transformation begins with a thorough planning phase and professional guidance. At Refined Fencing, we believe that an accurate estimate requires an in-person assessment of your unique property. That is why we offer free quotes that start with an on-site meeting with an experienced fence professional.
During this initial visit, we walk your property lines, discuss your design goals, and evaluate any potential obstacles. Whether dealing with sloped ground, mature trees, or existing structures, we take precise measurements to ensure an accurate proposal. This meeting is your opportunity to ask questions and explore various material options.
We serve residential and commercial clients throughout Louisville and Southern Indiana, tailoring each project to local conditions. Our hands-on approach ensures that you receive a customized plan that aligns with your timeline and budget. We provide clear, transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.
Custom Design and Material Selection
Once we understand your vision, our design process focuses on selecting the ideal materials for your project. We install a wide array of options, including cedar and pine wood, white vinyl, and black aluminum. For alternative needs, we offer composite privacy panels, galvanized chain link, and black chain link with privacy slats.
Operator Michael Gilmore takes the lead in designing each unique fence system to match your home’s architecture. He carefully orders all materials, ensuring that every post, picket, and rail meets our high quality standards. This customized planning prevents delays and guarantees that the correct products arrive at your site.
Our selection includes specialized products such as pool-code aluminum and heavy-duty steel-frame gates to meet specific functional demands. By sourcing only premium-grade materials, we ensure your new installation maintains its visual appeal and structural integrity. Your custom design is tailored to stand up to the local Kentuckiana climate.
The Fence Replacement and Installation Process
For properties with old, deteriorating boundaries, a complete fence replacement is often the most cost-effective long-term solution. Our team handles the teardown and removal of your existing structure, clearing the way for your new installation. We handle this transition efficiently, minimizing disruption to your daily routine.
The fence installation process begins with precise post-hole digging and firm concrete anchoring. We ensure that every post is perfectly plumb and set at the correct depth to resist soil movement. Our skilled crews then assemble the rails and pickets, paying close attention to clean lines and proper ground clearance.
Throughout the installation, Michael Gilmore directly oversees quality control to ensure our workmanship meets our high standards. We take pride in delivering clean, sturdy boundaries that enhance your property’s value. Our efficient processes ensure your project is completed on schedule and with minimal hassle.
